Dear JemJem Happy Boxing Day. I love you very much and miss you very much, and am sorry that we didn't get to spend a real Christmas together since 2011. I can't believe it but it is true - one or the other of us ended up in hospital three years running. I wish we had had that last Christmas together. That makes me think of George Michael, who sang Last Christmas and has just recently died. I hope you are having fun duetting with all the musicians who seem to have left us during 2016.
