I am sorry that I missed two days of candles - I got in from seeing Mum and went doe a little nap on both nights, which lasted for many hours on each occasion. I got confused and thought this was Sunday and took my weekly medicine on the wrong day, so sleepy I was, but I am awake now at last. I am missing you and will miss waking you up tonight to see the new year in. I saw Mummy and she spoke of you on both evenings without any prompting from me. She misses you as your family still do. I wish you were watching Twelfth Night with me - Tommy Steele is very good as Feste, and Alec Guinness capering about as Malvolio in his yellow stockings. Lots of famous actors are in it. Sharpe is also on so I am torn. I wonder which you would have preferred. All my love forever, Angies xxxxx
