Here is your goodnight candle. I still love and miss you very much indeed. I thought of you while I was reading Birdcage Walk by Helen Dunmore, which is set in the Clifton area of Bristol at the time of the French Revolution. You used to live there while you were studying history at Bristol University. You would have enjoyed this novel. You would have been sad to hear of the police shooting a man in Portishead near Bristol. He had allegedly threatened another driver with a gun then driven off, and the police brought him to a halt and shot him. Sad days. All my love forever Angies xxxxx
