I was in Chatfield today and thought of you as usual when I saw the Lung Songs poster for singing therapy for people with COPD. Then I went to see Lorraine who washed and cut my hair for me, then we lunched at Pizza Express in Old York Road. You would have had a Margherita but we had superfood salads . I wish you were here to eat it with me. I thought of you when I watched The Chase and one of the contestants got a question wrong to which the answer was Bristol where you went for university.
