Lit by Angies 1st March 2018
Dear JemJem, Here I am again with your goodnight candle. I still love and miss you very much, and I wish very much that you were still with me. The weather was again freezing today, and the snow is settled on the ground with bitter winds: the temperature now is 1 degrees, and will sink to 0 degrees later, rising to a high of 1 degrees at teatime tomorrow, when we will have both breeze and snow. The Beast from the East is likely to relax its grip at the weekend. I cannot wait. I am watching Bones. I am still thinking about A&E, but it is just too cold. A woman was found under a car by a commuter on their way to work this morning. Richard III has now given up all pretence of planning the coronation of the new king Edward V: he has declared his nephews and nieces illegitimate, executed Anthony Lord Rivers (their maternal uncle), and has accepted the crown for himself. He is on the eve of his coronation now. I saw Mummy today and will see her tomorrow: though the snow at Springfields is worse than the snow at Clapham Junction, it is actually not worse than the snow here because of the wind from the river. I thought of you today when I saw a documentary on Nelson, which reminded me of our holiday in Norfolk and our visit to Greenwich. All my love forever. Angies xxxxx
