Dear JemJem, Here I am again with your goodnight candle. I still love and miss you very much, and I wish very much that I could be with you now. My arm is more painful, though generally more flexible in its range but not very strong. My hip is still quite bad when I have been doing my exercises which I am not very good at doing because it hurts. The weather was sunny in the morning again and wet later on. I slept a great deal again today. The temperature is now 2 degrees, part cloud and light winds, and will sink to 1 degrees before rising to 5 degrees, light cloud and a gentle breeze. I had porridge for breakfast, sausage rolls and salad for lunch and cheese sandwich for supper again. The new telly and phone are still smarter than me, and they let me know it. I am watching Mullholland Drive which you might not have liked, though I may misjudge you there. I was also watching Modesty Blaise, Bones and Columbo earlier which you would have liked.
